Pure io “edifico” una mia personale mappa delle camere e della sala mensa con l’intento di identificare meglio gli ospiti durante la terapia. Le confezioni sono collocate in un enorme contenitore di legno. Oltre alla sbagliata collocazione della confezione del farmaco, a volte anzi spesso la stessa manca addirittura x’ è esaurita e tu diventi matto a cercala inutilmente, recuperando dall’armadio centrale il farmaco mancante..sta alla correttezza del collega enumerare e parificare il tutto. Purtroppo il Capo sala è l’unico che compila la lista farmaci della settimana da richiedere alla farmacia centrale interna ma nonostante i nostri solleciti e benché quando è presente sia sempre seduto davanti al PC si dimentica sempre di farlo e ogni volta dobbiamo correre a rimediare alla meno peggio e cioè con richieste di urgenza o in altri reparti nei pomeriggi del fine settimana quando la farmacia è chiusa.
L’ultimo giorno di sostegno prima di iniziare il turno da solo approfitto x seguire al meglio la terapia[1] ..in leggero ritardo proprio mentre parto con il carrello dei farmaci il Capo Sala (che sempre davanti al Pc spesso nemmeno mi caga) mi ordina di fare l’esplorazione rettale al Meaz…quello x intenderci che ripete sempre me scapa la caca me scapa la caca..Obbedisco!!!!Poi x la prima volta lo disturbo per una questione mia personale chiedendogli il motivo della sua imposizione. Law (vuole che gli dia del Tu) non mi consoce e giustamente mi vuole esaminare ma mi sembra altrettanto giusto e ci tengo a precisare che non sono deficiente io ho ubbidito ma penso che sia concorde come me che la priorità in quel momento era ben altra. Altre gratuite offese le ricevo da Fi*…un ospite tranquillo e collaborante in tutto, ma da quando iniziai il turno da solo non volle più prendere la terapia sbraitandomi contro il peggior turpiloquio[1]
Come non bastasse torna pure Man..ricoverato all’Ospedale Maggiore per grave condotta violenta in particolare nei riguardi di Ep… avendogli rotto in testa una bottiglia di vetro. Confesso che tutt’ora che ripenso all’accaduto mi è oscura e incomprensibile la dinamica e troppe cose non mi quadrano come il fatto che 2 caratteriali del genere siano stati messi in camera insieme o l’ordine implicito della dottoressa e del caposala di parlarne meno possibile e del collega che accennò dell’accaduto solo di sfuggita e giorni dopo nella consegna scritta.

Telefonate strane. Mi fa specie che la stessa figlia[3] di Ep.. nonostante venisse quasi tutti i giorni a trovarlo, telefonava spesso e sempre negli orari meno opportuni semplicemente per chiedere come stava suo padre e se potevamo passarglielo (occupando l’unica linea telefonica) . Addirittura qualche giorno dopo l’episodio (ripeto strano molto strano) della bottigliata, prendeva che gli dicessi per telefono cosa era successo dato che nel lavare i panni di suo padre aveva trovato delle macchioline di sangue. Dispiaciuto le risposi che per telefono non sono tenuto a dare certe informazioni e che comunque non sono aggiornato in merito ma visto che è sempre qui in reparto,appena si presenta le chiamo il Capo Sala o il medico..x de-lucidarla

Ma nonostante fu lo stesso medico a chiamare il 118 lo stesso si presentò in ritardo e addirittura perdendosi poi nei diversi reparti inoltre nonostante fossero già pronti i parametri e la diagnosi gli operatori ripartirono dal reparto solo dopo una serie di gag e ridicoli contrattempi, durati incredibilmente più di 1h..un episodio grave e intollerabile tanto che il nostro stesso Medico incavolato nero, scrisse il loro assurdo operato in Cartella Clinica (see Annex) All’ospite ricoverato in ospedale venne poi posizionato in regime di assoluta urgenza un Pacemaker

Nel weekend ho 2 riposi in contemporanea e x reagire al tutto vado ad arrampicare [1] e il giorno seguente frequento un corso di danze Greche a Osio (see below). (quella del ..dòpo te la do.. x intenderci) e le chiedo se x caso ha rilevato parametri del sign Ger…. Lei mi risponde ades go mia tep[5]…La dottoressa resta allibita a tale risposta. Le dico è stata ancora gentile dato che poco prima mi aveva riposto ades gho mia oia.. Lei subito dice è inammissibile sono pagate x essere a disposizione, passino i litigi che ha con Nik..x quello siete grandi abbastanza per vedervela tra voi, ma tutto il resto è inammissibile (magari lo dice solo x istigarmi ?). Subito la correggo e Le preciso che io di litigi con la collega Nik non ne ho mai fatti.. è lei semmai che mi tratta peggio di una merda, io me ne guardo bene, ho timore ormai anche solo contraddirla, spero nell’ausilio del capo sala ma ancora dopo mesi di attesa non ha fatto niente in merito x tutelarmi

Repentino il C.S. changes tone and face (non più di merda) e mi minaccia dicendomi che se mi azzardo a lasciare il reparto avrò gravi ripercussioni legali. Già zoppicavo vistosamente non c’era bisogno di dimostrare altro, ma vista l’ipocrita reazione e la inadeguata comprensione e collaborazione mi dirigo in Direzione per chiedere al personale amministrativo lumi x come dovevo procedere
Appena guadagno qualche metro in pieno salone di fronte agli ospiti al completo, il caposala si mette a gridare + times il mio nome e a dirmi di ritornare indietro subito altrimenti andrò nei guai seri

Si dice dispiaciuta per la mia quantomeno ingarbugliata storia professionale e per la situazione dei miei figli gemelli disabili e mi confida che se lo avesse saputo prima mi avrebbe seguito e aiutato…affermazioni assurde tanto che conclude …ma ora ormai è tardi e passare in altri reparti è peggio(?)
Mi invita comunque a tornare in reparto, se il dolore delle anche non persiste ( è da anni che mi accompagna…non è certo quello il problema ). Seguo il suo consiglio ma una volta tornato in reparto il capo sala “ri-urla” e questa volta al contrario x’ non mi vuole + vedere e di allontanarmi immediatamente altrimenti ri-minaccia che prende seri e drastici provvedimenti. Una scena inverosimile tragico comica Torno dal medico e poi dall’infermiere della Direzione il quale mi dice di pretendere il certificato dalla dottoressa che nel frattempo però si è resa irreperibile…infine la stessa dopo diverse telefonate e lungaggini compare acida in direzione e brusca mi compila finally il certificato di malattia (All. 5)
Nel pomeriggio prima di confermare la malattia e le eventuali dimissioni controvoglia vado a cercare “compagnia” in modo di evitare esaltazioni o irreversibili decisioni azzardate. Torno x terra per evitare la troppa emotività o inconsciamente semplicemente solo x umiliarmi e sentirmi in colpa di qualcosa almeno se non altro…ma è peggio vedi oltre
All’indomani prima di recarmi dal Medico Condotto x certificare la malattia vado a Leffe (see below) sono fortunato l’uomo Maur[2]…c’è …ma l’automa Roots non mi riceve. Sconfortato mando il prospetto delle dimissioni all’albo professionale chiedendo pure ausilio ma muto come sempre in passato come sempre nei miei riguardi muto anzi omertoso. Spedisco le dimissioni via mail alla stessa “Madonna Ausiliatrice”alias Gleno e subito dopo mi telefona la segretaria x delucidazioni, specificandomi che se lo desidero posso pure rinunciare a lavorare i giorni di preavviso. Invito che scarto nell’immediato è mia intenzione lavorare il più possibile è così che all’indomani mi chiama lo stesso direttore generale (pure lui un infermiere) che si complimenta e mi dice che sono esemplare e ha la massima stima nei miei riguardi ma, pure lui mi invita a rimanere a casa da subito. Gli chiedo come fa a sostenere questa stima dato che non ci siamo mai visti lui prontamente risponde ..also solo da quello che scrive nelle dimissioni per il bene degli ospiti…Ha ragione il ns è un ambiente difficile ma cosa vuole io confido nei miei subalterni ..dopotutto non posso arrivare dappertutto…solo un giro di parole ? ed io illuso, also considering the shortage of nurses and serious people call me so I thought revocassi resign or at least to make sure of the absurd episodes of intolerance suffered
