L’avvocasto mafettini e la sua collega locatelli me li avevano consigliati caldamente i Carabinieri della mia Valle (ora indagati clicca qui x leggere) che entravano ed uscivano a loro piacere da casa mia a comando e a seconda delle smanie della ex coniuge …ingenuo io ho lestofanti loro

L’Avvocato Maffettini alla fine si decide finalmente a consulatare (a pagamento) un Commercialista x valutare meglio il prospetto Istanza rimborso dell’Ente

Il Dottor Di Lorenzo rimane incredulo ed appostrofa come meravilgioso il prospetto e le richieste dell’Ente Ospedaliero alla fine dovrà desistere x’ lo stesso Ente non gli inoltra altri documenti delucidatori in merito ed io ?… continuo a pagare

Le giro la mail del consulente a cui mi sono rivolto per i conteggi degli ospedali riuniti.Può rispondergli direttamente o forse è meglio che mi faccia avere i chiarimenti richiesti e la documentazione che provvederò io a portarglieli.Cordialmente Avv. Hello Lawyer,

I took a look at the practice in question dwelling especially on the “wonderful”

and incomprehensible statement of 14/03/2006 with whom the Hospital lists all

remuneration skills to return.

I need to understand a few things:

1) in the period 09/04/2001 – 31/01/2003 Bonfanti has served the?

If I need to see all the lists pay. If you have not worked (as I think) I need

of “photograph” the retribuzione “de facto” which was paid before the event: I will do lists

January, February and March 2001.

2) In February 2003 Bonfanti are returned to total € 37.795,03 (Gross) that

correspond to net € 18.695,04 (His considerations in the mail 16/1/2008

are practically perfect!)

3) In December 2004 are picked up at a total of € Bonfanti 45.411,60 (Gross) that

correspond to net € 31.306,85. Is it okay that there are ca 680 € int. monetary revaluation

strength: e i ca 7.000 EUR gross difference in what they refer to?

And if it were possible (I will not dwell on why) I need to inspect all

l’annualità 2000 (slips from January to December 2000): believes it is possible?

Ho conferito con Di Lorenzo e questa è la sintesi di tutta la questione.

1) Nel febbraio 2003 gli Ospedali Riuniti Le versarono € 33.853,80; di questi € 15.158,76 vennero direttamente versati per Irpef all´erario.

2) Nel dicembre 2004 gli Ospedali Riuniti Le richiesero la restituzione della somma di € 37.432,50 Gross.

3) Vi è quindi una differenza non giustificata di € 2.894,16 che venne richiesta in eccesso; tale somma potrebbe essere imputata ad interessi legali/rivalutazione monetaria ma i conti non tornano.

4) La questione é che gli Ospedali Riuniti richiedono a Lei l´Irpef che versarono all´erario, i predetti € 15.158,76.

5) A rigore dovrebbe essere Lei che rimborsa le “tasse” agli Ospedali Riuniti ma se nel 2008 Lei non avrà reddito Lei non potrà recuperare detta somma detraendole dalle imposte sul reddito che Lei avesse nel 2008.

Scrivo pertanto al legale degli Ospedali Riuniti evidenziandogli quanto sopra; a questo punto si impone, ancor più di prima, la necessità che Lei per il 2008 trovi un´attività lavorativa retribuita diversamente rischiando di perdere € 15.158,76 di imposte.

When non counterparty feedback had led me to believe that the matter was, for concluding facts, exhausted it reached the enclosed fax in which they are attached Bill which previously, if non error, were not known.

It would seem that hospitals do not require the tax paid but that Mr. Bonfanti has percept than those indicated in the payroll additional amounts, at a later time.

La vicenda mi è sempre ostica.

so I look forward to hear from Mr. Bonfanti, in relation to the communication of 4 February 2008 of Ospedali Riuniti, If following the application of the new national labor contract has received, and the extent to which, the payment referred to in the abovementioned letter of Ospedali Riuniti, here united, mention is made.

La risposta è opportuno che venga inoltrata ovviamente per e-mail anche al rag. Di Lorenzo.

Rammento che mi allontano dallo studio per un poco per il periodo feriale.

Vi potrò riscontrare pertanto a settembre.
